Return of Sized-Sword Accessory items
Returned sized items, such as sword belts, will be accepted for replacement, or credit, if returned within seven days of receipt. Defective or Damaged Items Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. We exercise the right to repair or replace damaged or defective items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds, or Exchanges, for Engraved Items or Custom Items
We will engrave each sword, or sword display, exactly as you request, using images that you supply via email, fax, or USPS. We cannot honor requests for refunds, or exchanges, of engraved items, unless the actual engraving is other than the image you submitted or the sword/saber is defective.
