Military swords and sabers have long been a proud symbol for every branch of the U.S. military. The precise tradition and history behind the military sword is unknown, but many experts conclude that it started with the insignia used by the U.S. Army's 11th Cavalry, 15th Cavalry, 158th and 202nd Cavalry many years ago. Military swords are more then an addition to a uniform, they represent a rich history of honor, loyalty, leadership, and power. Every branch of the U.S. military has its own specially designed sword with exact government specifications.

US Marine Corps NCO Saber
This specific sword has been used by military members since 1859 and is prohibited for use except in ceremonial situations. The Marine Corps is the only branch of the military that still make the sword part of the uniform.

US Army NCO Sword
This particular sword was adopted in 1840 by the U.S. war department. Used in presentations this honorable saber is worn by Army sergeants and has been for the past century.

US Air Force Swords
The M1902 Calvary Saber has been the regulation officer saber since 1947 when the U.S.Army and U.S. Air force separated. This sword is very similar to the USAF Academy Cadet Saber which has led many people to confuse the two.

Authentic Navy & Coast Guard Officers' Sword
The 1852 the U.S. Navy begun carrying their sword and have honored the tradition ever since. In 1915 the U.S. Coast Guard established their own sword which was a variation of the sword held by officers of the U.S. Navy.
